Shadow work is the most powerful, insightful, and deepest type of healing you can do. It helps you become self-aware. Doing this work will change your life! Take a journey deep into your psyche this autumn with Christina Wilke-Burbach PhD and explore your shadow and bring it into the light! This is the perfect time of the year to do contemplative and depth work. Autumn/Winter is a time of the hermit archetype…going within ourselves to do contemplative, introspective, and meditative work so we can emerge in the spring/summer and step into our light.
This Advanced group is open to anyone who has previously personally done deep healing work, depth work, or shadow work (either with Dr. Christina or on your own). You can also simultaneously attend the 10 group shadow work series that runs September 22 to December 22, 2022. Click here for more info
You are encouraged to take the entire series for the most benefit. But you may ABSOLUTELY still join us if you cannot attend every group. Attend whatever groups you can. You can also make up a missed group session and do an individual session with Dr. Christina (she does offer individual shadow work sessions too). But please be aware that this is a healing group, not a class or workshop and it will not be recorded.
The Advanced Shadow Work Series is 4 groups. Each group is a 3-hour session on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 9pm CST. The series is one full moon cycle….from September new moon to October new moon. We also start this powerful series as the wheel of the year turns to the darker half of the year…the week after the Autumn Equinox and we end before Halloween. This is traditionally a time of deep contemplation, transformation, and introspection; a perfect time to do shadow work.
Group 1: Doorway to the self. Personality Types: MMPI, Enneagram, and Myers-Briggs
TBA Autumn, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm CST
We’ll look at how our personalities develop and the illuminated aspects and the shadow aspects. We will explore the system of the Enneagram, the nine personality types and their shadow sides and the instinctual subtypes and how to work with them. You’ll also gain an understanding of the shadow through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). We’ll look at the MBTI model of personality types, the definition of the shadow based on MBTI theory and how this model can be used to assist with shadow work. We will look at the MMPI, the most frequently used and most extensively researched psychological assessment tool. We will also take a peak at other Psychological and Personality assessment tools like the Rorschach. Fee: $65. Group 2: Devils, Demons, & Villains: Exploring Shadow in Religion, Spirituality, Mythology, Culture, & Media.

We will explore the impact and influence of the external world (Groups, Institutions, Religion, Spirituality, Mythology, Culture, & Media) on the development of the personality, psyche, and shadow as well as in the integration/healing of the shadow. Group 3: Diving Deep into Shadow to Unlock your highest potential, psychic abilities, and advanced healing modalities.

This group will focus on powerful and deep shadow work to enhance and unleash your psychic/intuitive/healing abilities. Prepare to tap into and activate your full potential!!! Fee: $65. Private shadow work sessions are also available with Dr. Christina if you missed this session!
Group 4: Psychospiritual Death, Dying, and Rebirth and a Shamanic Journey to the Underworld
TBA Autumn, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm CST
This class will explore deep spirituality and esoteric practices in shadow work: ritual, shamanism, rites of passage, healing ceremonies, and ancient mysteries of death and rebirth. About Dr. Christina: Christina Wilke-Burbach PhD, RMT, CA is a scholar, teacher, consultant, spiritual counselor, and holistic healing facilitator with 25 years of higher education and experience in psychology, spirituality, and holistic healing. She specializes in Women’s Spiritual and Emotional Wellness. Her business is Mind, Soul, and Self LLC. She has her PhD in Health Psychology, Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, 2 bachelor degrees in psychology and anthropology, a minor in Sociology, and is trained in Transpersonal Psychology, having studied with Stan Grof MD, PhD-the founder of the field. After you register by paying the fee below, Christina emails you a link to join the group via web conferencing. You will need a webcam and speakers/or earphones for a webconference. You may also use a smartphone, laptop, or tablet. Join us from the safety and comfort of your own home. You do not need to be technology savvy. If you can turn on a computer and check your email, you can join us online. Its super simple…no advanced skills are needed. With your webcam turned on, you will be able to see, hear, interact, and join the discussion with Dr. Christina and the others in the online group. You may also choose to join us by phone instead of webcam/online. Christina will then give you a special phone number to call in for your appointment.
