As above, so below! Plants and Spirituality! Nature and Health! Mother Earth and Father Sky!

Gardening and caring for plants can improve all areas of your life and wellbeing…physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. Spending time outside is good for our bodies and our minds. Research has shown gardening can help us: connect to others, connect to nature, connect to something greater than ourselves, help us be in the present moment, reduce stress and depression, improve mood, provide us with exercise and fresh air, and helps us reach higher states of consciousness through mindfulness. Care for yourself while caring for mother earth! Connect to the divine by connecting to nature! Read our new blog post about Plants and Spirituality by clicking here!

Upcoming Classes in 2020:

Earth Day Event: Miniature Indoor Upcycled Garden. Saturday April 25, 2020 from 2pm to 5:30pm
We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.” — Native American Proverb–
Earth Day is celebrated around the world on April 22. Here at Mind, Soul, and Self LLC, we are dedicating the entire month of April to raising awareness about protecting and saving Mother Earth and Mother Ocean. We are a mile away from Lake Michigan in Sheboygan, WI. A portion of all proceeds from this class will be donated to The Alliance for the Great Lakes. The lakes are at risk — from litter, pollution, invasive species, toxic algae, and more. The Alliance for the Great Lakes works to protect the Great Lakes for today and tomorrow. About this class: This indoor gardening workshop will focus on having a mini year-round garden in your home! Bring the outdoors inside! We will cover reasons for having indoor plants, common challenges with indoor plants and how to remedy them. You will learn how to design a mini indoor garden and then make a planter with upcycled materials. Participants will make the planters for the class from plastic and plastic bottles. Plastic is a huge pollutant of the environment and by making art out of it, we are reusing, reducing waste, upcycling and giving the plastic a new life outside of the landfill, thus caring for the earth. You will then plant a mini garden in your plantar to take home with you. Care for your self, your home, and the planet! Fee: $75. Includes a workbook, all materials, art supplies, indoor plants for you to take home, and a donation to the Alliance for Great Lakes. Registration closes on April 23, 2020. Register at bottom of this page.
